The InterPuls LE20 pulsators are
supplied with their own clean air filter which is clipped to the
back of the unit. However if used in severe conditions, a
separate clean air line can be used which uses air filtered from
outside the parlour, simply remove the cover and the nipple can
be connected to the clean air line. The unit uses a diaphragm
which is indirectly operated by a solenoid by a piston. This
provides a very quiet pulsation system.
The InterPuls LE20 pulsators are
supplied with either 12 or 24v solenoids which only consume
0.13a per coil, [0.26a per pulsator] and this low energy
consumption reduces oxidisation problems normally encountered by
electronic pulsators from other manufacturers.
The InterPuls LE20 pulsators are
supplied with a 0.5" bsp FI fitting, and adaptors are available
for 63 and 90mm vacuum lines.
The InterPuls LE20 pulsators are
totally sealed to provide total protection against ingress of
moisture, even in the most demanding installations, and are
supplied with a connecting lead with a water-proof connector.
The InterPuls LE20 pulsators need an
external pulsation controller, and one LE20 is recommended for
each milking point.
The InterPuls LE20 / LP20 pulsators
are quick and easy to service, and with a little practice this
can be achieved in 10 minutes.
