Elements are supplied with gaskets, but are not supplied with
thermostats unless specified. Three phase elements with terminal
covers have a thermostat pocket which is designed for use with a
digital temperature controller. If you wish to use a rod
thermostat, you will need an additional thermostat pocket in
your vessel.
We use the best available elements, but even
these cannot be guaranteed against failure due to heavy
limescale deposits. To maintain their limited 6 month warranty,
end users must take responsibility for their water quality, and
if necessary install adequate water softening devices where
necessary. Failure caused by running dry, overheating or scale
build up will not be entertained.
Unless specified
otherwise, these elements are designed for heating water and
water solutions, and will only be warranted when used in this
medium. If used in other mediums, this is at your own risk, with
no warranty implied or given. |
