Feedback from brewers was that the spacer used to
separate the elements was getting in the way whilst cleaning out the
mash tun, we therefore removed this from our standard elements to aid in
the cleaning process, we also changed the manufacturing process to allow
for a degree of bending to occur on the elements in order to further
alleviate the problem. We also discovered that a number of brewers use
external temperature reading equipment in order to control the process,
therefore the thermostat pockets in our standard range where surplus to
requirements and once again got in the way when cleaning, the design
therefore was changed and the thermostat pockets were removed, this
meant the arrival of our fully specific brewery specification heaters. |

limescale deposits or overheating due to product build up.

To maintain their limited 6 month warranty,
end users must take responsibility for their water quality, and
if necessary install adequate water softening devices where
necessary.

build up will not be entertained.
