Carriage prices are correct as at February 12, 2023 but are subject to change without notice.

Carriage for most orders under £495.00 + vat will be charged at £10.75 + vat.

Free carriage for most orders over £495.00 + vat, but palletised, heavy or bulky low value items will attract a surcharge.

Items are sent by Parcelforce or carrier.

Our galvanised portable milkers, water heaters, pre-coolers, wash troughs, electric motors, vacuum pumps, pump sets, wash down pumps and feed mangers are shipped ready assembled on pallets to reduce the risk of damage in transit. There may be a surcharge to some areas. If this is the case, you will be notified before we proceed with your order. Sorry, but we are unable to deliver any of these palletised items to residential addresses.

For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland with postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50 and ZE, Isle of Man with postcodes IM, Isles of Scilly with postcodes TR21-25, the carriage charge will be calculated once the order has been received. You will be notified by email the cost of carriage, and your order will not be processed until you have confirmed acceptance of the additional charge.

We are not currently able to deliver to Northern Ireland.

Despite the size, some high value items including our range of water heaters and some of our portable milking machines are carriage free to most areas.

Regrettably, due to the complexities brought about by Brexit, we are not currently in a position to offer export.
